Responsibilities

- Conduct research and collect data to support HR initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Assist in talent acquisition efforts by coordinating recruitment activities, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
- Maintain knowledge of employment labor laws and ensure compliance across all HR practices.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources or related roles with a strong understanding of HR practices.
- Familiarity with employee orientation processes and benefits administration is essential.
- Experience in talent acquisition and knowledge of effective recruitment strategies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws to ensure compliance within the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills for research data collection and reporting purposes.
