Behavioral Health Coordinator

Chestnut Health Systems is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Coordinator in our Belleville, IL facility. As a behavioral health coordinator, you will work with patients to provide support and guidance in navigating the complex healthcare system.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinician support using social work and psychology theories and models to reduce symptoms from DSM-5 diagnosis.
• Link patients to financial resources and arrange for interpretive language services as needed.

To be eligible for the position, you should have a minimum of 10 years' experience working in the human services field, healthcare or another advocacy role, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience. The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
