Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all Chetu departments. This role oversees the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that the company's talent acquisition processes align with business goals and support a diverse and inclusive workplace. The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a team of recruiters, collaborates with department heads, and acts as a key partner in employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee all stages of recruitment, from job postings to offer acceptance, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department leads to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and provide hiring process guidance.
- Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines: Develop relationships with potential candidates to establish an ongoing talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Enhance Employer Brand: Promote company culture and brand through social media, recruitment events, and educational partnerships.
- Lead and Mentor Recruiting Team: Guide, train, and support the recruiting team to maintain effective recruiting practices and professional development.
- Analyze and Report Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze metrics to optimize hiring processes and provide KPI reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout all hiring stages.
- Manage External Recruitment Partners: Collaborate with external recruiters, staffing agencies, and other partners as necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruiting/talent acquisition, including 1 year in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS, recruitment software, and HR analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills, and analytical mindset.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, employment branding, and DEI practices.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
