Our Landscape Maintenance Technicians are vital members of our Maintenance Teams. Under the supervision of our maintenance team leads, you would assist with regular maintenance of clients' properties, including bed maintenance, mulching, shrub and tree maintenance, planting annuals and perennials, etc.

We offer seasonal work from April to November, with winter work opportunities. We create, build, and maintain outdoor spaces, from garden beds to patios and walkways. With multiple projects going on at once, new challenges and learning opportunities are always available. We take pride in our work and want all team members to be able to do so as well. Job-related Duties/Responsibilities
- Operate power equipment (e.g., lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, sod cutters).
- Gather and stage tools and supplies for tasks.
- Perform handwork in garden beds, landscaping, lawn installations, pruning, and debris removal.
- Assist with property maintenance as directed by the Team Lead.
- Inspect, clean, and store equipment daily.
- Keep job-site areas, trucks, and trailers clean and tidy.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) per company and safety regulations.
Job-related Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive truck/trailer combination favorable
- Proof of high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must pass drug testing
- Must have reliable transportation

Physical requirements for the position
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs., walk, stand, crouch, kneel, carry out strenuous physical tasks for prolonged periods, and physically work shifts greater than 8 hours.
• Seasonal Work may require shifts of 10 hours or more.
Salary : $17 - $20
