- Communicate with parts department and service advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
- Detect and diagnose malfunctions and explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
- Maintain an organized work area and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
