Wesley Chapel Chevrolet, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an immediate opening for a full time receptionist. We are looking for an individual who is friendly, professional and enjoys working with customers.

Receptionist/Greeter Responsibilities:

• Welcome client’s when they arrive
• Determine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area
• Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service
• Take thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Communication skills – communicate effectively with others
• Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• 18 years of age or older
