Job Summary

We are seeking hard-working individuals to join our team at Chevron Stations Inc. as retail station attendants. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe environment for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with co-workers, customers, vendors, and community members.
• Ensure neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with CSI image standards.
• Support and follow established safety, security, quality guidelines, and CSI's policies, procedures, practices, and programs.
• Preserve the safety of self, fellow employees, and all others in the work location by utilizing the CSI Loss Prevention process.
• Follow federal law and company standards on carding customers for all age-restricted products sold at the stations.
• Work professionally with vendors and contractors.

Essential Functions

• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting and thanking all customers while making eye contact.
• Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain cash drawer to be at or below maximum level, securing all funds in a safe and performing cashier reconciliation at each end of shift.
• Perform consistent station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash (if applicable).
• Prepare food and hot beverage products, effectively managing ExtraMile and/or KKC foodservice and beverages to maximize sales and minimize loss.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise exceptional judgment.
• Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
