Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure Chevy Chase Acura customers have an expectation experience and trust us for all their automotive requirements
- Watch and greet customers in the Service Lane.
- Provide a high level of customer service for all inquiries by phone, text, email, or in-person
- Be the liaison between our customers and technicians
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with inbound customer requests
- Greeting customers promptly at their vehicle
- Completing estimated and Repair Order to standards
- Provide customer benefits of completing recommended service
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission pay
Potential to earn between $50,000 to $140,000 annually
