PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Pre-Owned Inventory Control Coordinator is critical in managing the organization, tracking, and presentation of the dealership’s pre-owned vehicle inventory. This position ensures that all Pre-owned vehicles are adequately accounted for, efficiently displayed, and accurately represented online to maximize visibility and sales potential.
Beyond inventory management, the Pre-Owned Inventory Control Coordinator strives to create an environment where colleagues can work efficiently and succeed, supporting the pre-owned sales team by maintaining an organized lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring a seamless digital presence. By proactively managing inventory flow and utilizing tracking systems, this role directly contributes to the efficiency, accuracy, and profitability of the Sales Department

Responsibilities:
- • Maintain accurate records of pre-owned vehicle inventory.
- • Assign stock control numbers to vehicles.
- • Take high-quality photos of pre-owned vehicles for online listings.
- • Ensure all retail vehicles are live online within 24 hours of arrival.
- • Optimize dealership parking for pre-owned inventory displays.
- • Conduct key audits and maintain tracking boards.
- • Assist in moving vehicles between on-site and off-site locations.
- • Support auction pickups and vehicle transport when needed.
- • Ensure all pre-owned vehicles meet Chevy Chase Acura (CCA) standards.
- • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations related to pre-owned vehicle sales.
Requirements:
- • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- • Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and dealership management software.
- • Experience with digital vehicle listings and online merchandising.
- • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate various vehicles.
- • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
