Key Responsibilities:
- Class Instruction: Design and lead Pilates classes that start and end on time, catering to all fitness levels.

- Communication: Inform members about fitness center programs, class schedules, and special events.

Qualifications:
- Certifications:
Nationally accredited certifications (ACSM, ACE, NASM, PMI).
Pilates certification/training (Balanced Body, Stott Pilates, Peak Pilates, BASI).
CPR and AED certified.
- Experience: 2 years in a Pilates studio or fitness center. Experience working with tennis and golf players, older adults, and those with orthopedic conditions.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to modify exercises for different fitness levels and needs.
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand, reach, talk, and hear.
- Frequently required to walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly.
