JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to provide clerical and administrative support to the CEO/Director and CACDC staff as well as greeting visitors to our offices, manage the CACDC client intake process, data entry into reporting/tracking system and coordinate meetings and projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides administrative support such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, training calendars, appointments, and/or other similar activities.
- Prepares or assists with the preparation of program reports; performs basic information gathering and analysis as directed.
- Implements the Cheyenne and Arapaho Community Development Corporation client intake process, and provide all input into the reporting/tracking System.
- Participate in Cheyenne and Arapaho Community Development Corporation's training, technical assistance and organizational capacity building efforts.
- Assists the Consumer Lending Manager with tracking of employee loan payments, application processing, making bank deposits, statements and mail outs.
- Coordinates and performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities.
- Requisitions supplies, printing, maintenance, and other services.
- Coordinates special projects as assigned by the Administrative Staff.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Good organization and analytical skills.
- The ability to meet the public in a professional & friendly manner.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- The ability to use word processing and spreadsheets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- One (1) year working closely with management as an administrative assistant.
- Excellent computer skills, basic MS Office.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree in related field.
- Five (5) years or more experience in an office environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
- The ability to do repetitive work at the computer is required.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Stretching, bending, stooping, kneeling and some lifting may be required.
