We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Culinary Crew Member to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, supporting both food preparation and catering services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef and other members of the culinary team to deliver exceptional high-quality food for events and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Production:
- Assist in preparing ingredients, cooking, and assembling dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Support daily kitchen production, ensuring all menu items are prepared efficiently and accurately.
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain food safety.
- Follow guidance and direction from the Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Cleanliness & Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all sanitation and safety standards.
- Assist with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and routine deep-cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all food prep areas, storage spaces, and equipment are properly maintained.
- Monitor & facilitate inventory of paper goods & other culinary equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team mindset.
- Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
