The Contract Administrator is responsible for reading and interpreting contracts, including but not limited to, staffing agreements, vendor agreements, RFPs, and solicitations, and for the preparation of revisions and/or amendments to address actual or potential issues regarding terms and conditions, reporting requirements, insurance requirements, indemnity, and or contract performance. The Contracts Administrator will work directly with internal and external parties to finalize contracts for the company. Assist, review, and advise on other matters as assigned. Adheres to company mission and vision.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base commission bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Responsibilities
- Review/revise contractual documents, terms and conditions for compliance with company policy
- Develop professional and dependable relationships with both internal departments and external clients
- Act as a point of contact for internal departments to efficiently drive the contract review and approval process to conclusion
- Actively participate in meetings necessary to finalize contractual terms.
- Assist in updating and maintaining contract templates
- Basic understanding of contracts, contractual language, and the contract lifecycle
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision
- Strong computer skills (works with multiple systems and programs)
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with moderate guidance
- Effective reading, writing, and language skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Self-motivated and solutions driven
- Work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prioritize and organize tasks effectively

- Experience involving contract review, revision and negotiation
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (J.D. not required)
