We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Service Contract Claims Administrator who will continue our legacy of exceptional service for clients in a fast-paced environment.

The Service Contract Claims Administrator will perform the following:

Required Skills:
- Automotive repair knowledge (general to excellent) focusing on tires, wheels, windshields, and dents
- Superior phone, communication, and customer relation skills, including conflict resolution
- Problem-solving, both independent and collaborative
- Computer proficiency. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Complete honesty and integrity
- Spanish-speaking ability is a BIG plus!
The Service Contract Claims Administrator will perform the following:
- Claims processing and service contract support (primary)
- Receive, organize, and review service contract claims
- Approve payments for network and non-network claims
- Phone support (primary)
- Receive and process phone calls, faxes, and emails from repair shops, contract holders, accounting offices, F&I offices
- Handle customer complaints and other inquiries
- Reporting and analysis (secondary)
- Report monthly claims data to appropriate departments
- Analyze claims data for trends and controls
- Participate in underwriting for contract pricing as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
