Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will report to the Sr.

Manager of Marketing Automation and will be supporting all CHG brands and the Lifecycle Team to execute lifecycle marketing and other automated campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, SMS) using enterprise Marketing Automation platforms.

Your primary role will be to support Lifecycle execution as well as assuring stability and expansion of Marketing Automation technology. Responsibilities : Campaign Execution

  • Build and execute campaigns and automated journeys across email, push, and SMS
  • Create dynamic, personalized email content using ESP-specific tools and scripting languages
  • Optimize email rendering performance for various screen sizes and devices
  • Develop, test, and optimize program and automation workflows and landing pages Platform Management
  • Manage, oversee, evaluate, maintain, and optimize our marketing technology stack
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new features to optimize campaign performance Data Management and Segmentation
  • Manage subscriber list and partner with Lifecycle Marketing Managers on audience segmentation
  • Manage data enablement using CDP tool and coordinate with Data team on current and future optimizations
  • Partner with Lifecycle Communications Team and support program initiatives and other projects as needed
  • Work closely and support internal stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Data and Engineering
  • Act as the subject matter expert in marketing automation platforms, training team members as needed Qualifications :
  • Expertise with the Marketing Automation with a focus on email marketing, push, and SMS
  • Solid knowledge of current email and SMS best practices, deliverability, CAN-SPAM legislation and email success metrics.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proficiency in coding emails using HTML, CSS a plus
  • Experience with data management, analysis, presentation, and reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively & effectively with cross-functional partners (Brand, Creative, Data, BI)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, flexible and collaborative team player Education & Years of Experience :
  • 5 years of marketing automation experience
  • 5 year of experience using an enterprise-level ESP, previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with a Marketing Orchestration tool, previous experience with GrowthLoop a major plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred Preferred :
  • Experience working for a staffing company
  • SQL, intermediate proficiency We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S.

For this position, we offer a pay range of $91,110 $176,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base commission bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses.

Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.

On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually. In return we offer :
