Key Responsibilities

Cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities

Reaching out to prospects through platforms such as LinkedIn and other social channels

Collecting and analyzing data on potential companies to identify key decision-makers and sales leads

Job shadowing Senior Account Executives to gain insight into the sales process and client interactions

Assisting in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for the company

Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to support retention and growth

Participating in training sessions and applying newly learned skills to real-world sales activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Fundamental mathematical proficiency is required

Understanding of basic business fundamentals and financial acumen

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members

A high level of persistence and drive to achieve sales targets

Sales affinity and ability to think creatively about sales strategies

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and technologies

Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities is required
