Additional services offered within the system are: long-term care assisted and residential living communities community health services organizations home health agencies and numerous outpatient facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provides spiritual support in emergency situations to patients and families.
- On-call rounds made to patients when requested. Provision of sacraments and anointings.
- Responds to crises such as Code Blues, Traumas and deaths as needed.
- Coordinates care with local clergy.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Post-Secondary Training with Pre-Requisite Experience
- Degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, Psychology, Counseling or Social Work.
- Minimum of two years of health care work.
- At least one quarter of clinical pastoral or its equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Preferably two years of pastoral work.
Preferred Licensure and Certifications
- BCC-APC; or CSCPE; or BCC-BCC; or CHAPLAIN
Pay Range
$18.83 - $25.89 /hour
Salary : $19 - $26
