Responsibilities
- Oversees day-to-day work flow for office assistants, monitors production and identifies areas for improvement.
- Maintains working knowledge of relevant policies/protocols and ensures compliance among their team.
- Oversees employee performance, provides guidance, support, and identifies developmental needs.
- Motivates and mentors team members to achieve personal and team goals and to perform to the best of their abilities.
- Oversees office assistants schedules and timecards to ensure accuracy.
- Assists management with provider scheduling template.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience
- Preferred 5 years’ experience in a leadership position, minimum of 2 years.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
- Language: Ability to read and comprehend written and oral communication.
- Math: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Reasoning: Ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve problems.
- Computer skills: Ability to operate and navigate applicable computer programs.
- Overall ability: Ability to demonstrate competency in job related functions according to organizational standards.
Pay Range
$16.34 - $22.47 /hour
