Job Summary

Mosaic Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Training Specialist to join our Human Resources Team. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Training Specialist will play a key role in developing, designing, and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to Mosaic Technologies' needs. This includes product knowledge, service, sales, and technical training.

This position is based in Cameron, WI requiring an onsite office schedule.

Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

Designs, assigns, and tracks online training for all employees through Mosaic's Learning Management System (LMS).
Develops engaging, clear, and relevant training materials for employees, ensuring that all course content aligns with Mosaic's products, services, and technical needs.
Collaborates closely with Mosaic's Management Team to identify training needs and ensure training materials are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Effectively manage multiple training projects by clarifying objectives, setting timetables and schedules, developing and organizing information, communicating project status and issues, and resolving concerns.
Develops and delivers training using effective instructional methods to engage learners and meet the diverse learning styles and needs of the workforce, ensuring relevance and impact across different teams.
Identifies and accommodates, when possible, special training needs.
Assists with the investigation and resolution of training issues, including policy and process discrepancies and irregularities.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or associate degree in related field preferred

3 years of related experience required. Experience in the telecommunications field is a plus

Well organized, thorough and able to pay close attention to detail while prioritizing multiple work assignments

Ability to design and implement effective training with strong presentation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software. Knowledge of TalentLMS and Articulate is considered an asset
