Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Manager
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 6:30am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safe and timely receipt, processing, and storage of all incoming materials.
Responsible for the safe and timely processing of all outgoing materials.
Responsible for making sure the shop is organized.
Ensure that all warehouse policies and procedures are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Ensure that all shipping information is entered on daily shipping spreadsheets such as incoming orders.
Ensure that all orders have proper labels.
Assures that all trucks are loaded with orders in a timely manner.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by upper management.
Manage the shipping department such as assigning task and making sure those task are complete
Assist shipping associates with their task
Make proper paperwork for jobs (routers, BOL, pick list)
Schedule trucks
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 3-year experience as a Shipping Manager
Must speak Spanish and English
Must be certified to operate machining such as Forklifts.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on oral written communication.
Strong problem-solving skills in areas such as inventory control and material handling.
Must know computer basics and Excel basics.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Strong management skills.
*There will be a 90-day probationary period*
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
