Warehouse Supervisor
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Chicago Bulls with all aspects of our storeroom and event-level logistical operations, which includes inventory and storeroom management, facilitating receipts and shipments in conjunction with United Center staff, and other day-to-day game and office operations as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive deliveries and ensure the timely and accurate logging, tracking, and storage of supplies and equipment both in the warehouse and also the office storage spaces
- Monitor and support movement of supplies and equipment, including but not limited to the storeroom, locker room and practice facility - ultimately ensuring delivery of these Bulls-related items to their needed locations
- Monitor inventory levels of warehouse and logistics supplies and order supplies as requested
- Collaborate with United Center and Bulls staff to ensure successful logistical support of gameday and ad hoc event operations as requested, including certain events at the Advocate Center basketball operations training facility (located across the street from the United Center)
- Proactively communicate with Bulls staff, United Center Mailroom, and delivery vendors to track and ensure timely receipt of ordered product and equipment
- As requested, perform ad hoc inventory counts and verify completeness and accuracy of storeroom inventory
- Own the tracking and safeguarding of high-value "vault" legacy memorabilia
- Assist in the disposal of damage/out-of-date product at least once per season, and maintain an organized and clean storeroom throughout the year
- Serve as primary contact for storeroom access, ensuring security of storeroom from unapproved personnel
- Support Game Entertainment for select pre-game setup activities as requested
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record
- Forklift driver certification
- Must be at least 21 years old

- Highly organized with a sound sense of urgency and work ethic
- Flexible schedule to accommodate business demands, including nights and weekends for games and special events
- Prior warehouse and logistics experience preferred
- Experience implementing or using inventory and warehouse management systems
Physical Work Environment
- Use of hands to handle boxes and equipment
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate forklift and manual pallet jacks to move pallets
- Frequent transitioning between walking, sitting, bending, etc.
- Occasional use of a ladder to store items on shelving
- Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise
