What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parent Outreach - Family Hub (Part-Time) position at Chicago Commons Association?
I. Position Summary
The Parent Outreach Lead role will work closely with the Parent Outreach staff as well as support all family engagement activities through co-facilitating workshops, providing in person outreach and outreach by phone to increase numbers of parents attending activities, workshops, and services. The Parent Outreach Lead role will work closely with the Parent Outreach staff to ensure the collection of information during outreach activities and ensure that the family voice is at the center of program activities and services by assisting to solicit other parent input. This position assists with enhancing Chicago Commons' presence in the community and engaging prospective families and potential partners by collaborating with the Family Hub team and participating in community meetings with Family Hub staff.

Physical Requirements :
