- Scope of Responsibilities:
- Utilize Visia Skin Care Analysis to sell products
- Recommend products or new products after reviewing the patient notes to enhance patients results and outcomes
- Educates patients and staff on the proper use of cosmetic products
- Responds to patient questions about retail products
- Contact patients after product purchase to ensure they have no complications or questions
- Address patient concerns/adverse reactions to esthetic services and/or products, document in patient's chart and notify provider(s)
- Check out patient, entering charges and collecting payments
- Shadow providers in CCSD clinic to maintain knowledge and to ensure recommendations are in line with provider's treatment
- Administrative
- Review inventory stock weekly.
- Physical count of retail products to be performed weekly and monthly. Assist with month end inventory counts
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
- Maintain contact information for all sales representatives
- Merchandising products on shelves and following FIFO to maximize product sales and reduce inventory expiration
- Inventory receiving - label, secure, unpack, stock and add to inventory
- Assist with scheduling staff training/lunch and learns with product and procedure representatives quarterly to bi-annually
- Assist with updating the CSS retail portion of the monthly meeting agenda (new product updates, monthly promotions, etc.)
- Assist with product returns/adverse reactions with sales representatives
- Keeps abreast of trends in market, share new ideas/products with Retail Store Coordinator / Cosmetic Supervisor
- Building professional relationships in local areas, attending outside marketing events
- Process and send online orders
- Daily runs to the post office to drop off store orders (1 block away)
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve retail operations, and streamline work processes
- Assists with preparation and presenting formal and informal instruction/training to staff members
- Works under the management of Retail Store Coordinator and closely with the Medical Director, Cosmetic Supervisor, and other supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Treat all patients and other staff members with respect
- Attends all lunch and learns and assigned skincare trainings
- Must be present at month end inventory every last business day of the month
- Maintains proficient knowledge of all products at CSS
- Other duties as assigned by the Medical Director, Cosmetic Supervisor, Retail Store Coordinator, and/or physician(s)

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Two or more years of sales experience preferred
- One to two years of inventory experience preferred
