Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Desktop Support Analyst to assist with day-to-day Support operations. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, highly motivated self-starter that is capable of properly prioritizing their workload and delivering viable solutions in a timely manner. The position may require occasional weekend work, as is necessary to support our user base, correct system abnormalities, or deploy new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provides in-person or telephone-based technical support on a variety of hardware and software platforms to local and remote clients.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues
  • Services and supports the desktop computing environment including installation, upgrading, repair, replacement, and warranty fulfillment of software and hardware systems.
  • Ensures that all required documentation is kept current, and that all incidents are logged in the company's ticketing system.
  • Responds to email, telephone, and trouble ticket submissions in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Conducts preventative maintenance on hardware and software systems
  • Conducts employee training as necessary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college preferred
  • 1-2 years of Desktop Support experience
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 Operating Systems
  • Experience with all versions of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage workload
  • Self-starter - able to work with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
