The Chicago office of our Am Law 100 firm client is seeking an associate to join its Restructuring Department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, including corporate bankruptcies, financial restructurings, loan workouts, corporate reorganizations, distressed M&A, or complex insolvency-related litigation. Federal circuit court, district court or bankruptcy clerkship is a plus. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing bankruptcy practice.
Salary : $215,000 - $250,000
