Responsibilities and Details:
- Primary client contact
- Correspond with clients to gain the best understanding of theirneeds.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to hire
- Build trust with both clients and candidates
- Provide counseling and consultations regarding industry landscape and norms
- Recruit applicants for specific positions based on their qualifications
- Interview applicants when needed
- Communicate with other employees virtually to ensure operations are streamlined
- Extensive training will be provided
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., social work, education,client service, recruiting, etc.)
- Background in childcare such as teaching, nannying, early childhood, camp counselor, etc
- The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people and is proactive
- Strong technology skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professionalism and concise writing skills are a necessity for the position
- Candidate must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Muchof the workday will be spent on the phone or zoom. As such, the position requires a designated workspace free of distractions. Working hours are typically Monday through Friday duringnormal business hours, e.g., 9 am to 5 pm. CST
