Job Summary :
The Part-Time Seasonal HR Support will primarily be responsible for screening candidates daily for various substitute roles, assist with interview scheduling, responding to emails, moving candidates through the workflow process, follow up with candidates to ensure they complete the hiring process, assist with the implement of job fairs, interview events, special projects, light filing and provide support as needed.
This is a part-time, temporary position.
The Part-Time Seasonal HR Support will be held accountable for the following responsibilities :
- Screen candidates daily for various substitute roles
- Assist with scheduling
- Respond to candidate emails
- Move candidates through Taleo
- Follow up with candidates to ensure successful hires
- Assist with and attend job fairs
- Provide additional supports
