The Records Management Team is a part of the Policy, Ethics and Records Unit in the Law Department. Reporting to the Executive Director of Policy and Procedures and the Former Student Records Lead, the Records Management Part Time / Seasonal Employee will support members of the Records Management Team in carrying out its mission to efficiently manage current and former student records and timely fulfill records requests in accordance with all local, state and federal laws.
The Records Management Part Time / Seasonal Employee will be held accountable for the following responsibilities :
Typical Duties / Responsibilities :
- Processing Social Security Administration records requests
- Processing former student transcript requests
- Filing and organizing student records
- Answering phones and responding to email inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
