- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy intervention strategies to improve manipulative skills, enhance school transitions, and increase functional use of hands and visual regard.

- Provide direct supervision of occupational therapy assistants and ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice as defined by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
