Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with fellow team members to uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle food items safely and efficiently while adhering to proper food handling procedures.
• Support the cooking staff by preparing ingredients and assisting in the cooking process as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes are delivered to customers.
• Engage with customers when necessary, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries about menu items.
• Participate in regular kitchen clean-up duties, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn!
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and culinary arts.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
