Chicago Swim School has been making waves since 2005 and is hiring Customer Service staff for our Mokena facility. Chicago Swim School has a fast paced environment that provides exceptional service for students and parents. We are people who love kids, teaching kids to love swimming!
We are looking for someone with weeknight and weekend availability who LOVES to serve customers. Only fun, friendly, effective applicants need to apply!
Responsibilities Include:
* Have FUN, and provide love to children and families.
* Greet customers. Give tours. Answer questions.
* Answer phones, and provide info about our lessons.
* Solve problems for parents, and find solutions.
* Data entry; run reports in class registration software
* Collect payments.
* Assist aquatics department, and fill teacher schedules

* Start up to $18/hr based on experience
* Paid training
* Paid time off when scheduled above 20hrs per week
