Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Escrow Officer at Chicago Title Arizona located in the Desert Ridge area of Phoenix, AZ. The Assistant Escrow Officer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing escrow documents, coordinating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to gather necessary information. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions. Handle incoming and outgoing communications related to escrow transactions. Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Escrow experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of residential real estate transactions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SoftPro Select is a plus
- Knowledge of multifamily, commercial escrow, WRAP, and other specialized areas is highly beneficial.
