Be part of our dynamic team at Chicago Trading Company as a Human Capital Management (HCM) Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to launch a rewarding career in Human Resources, collaborating across a team that values excellence and innovation. During this 2-year development program, you’ll work across various HCM functions with rotations lasting approximately six months. You’ll also have both a manager and mentor throughout the program to support you in your learning and development. The goal of the program is to graduate into a dedicated HCM role in an area that matches CTC's business needs and your personal career goals.

What You’ll Do
- Spend about 75% of your time in Recruiting, with the remaining 25% dedicated to rotations in other HCM areas (such as HR Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and Employee Relations (ER)).
- As part of your core recruiting responsibilities, schedule candidate interviews and manage candidates through the interview, offer, and background screening process in Greenhouse.
- Coordinate logistics for on-campus and in-office recruiting events.
- Complete a Behavioral Interview Skills certification to develop or improve your talent assessment skills.
- Complete Excel training to master Excel fundamentals such as PivotTables, V-Lookups, formulas, and crafting visualizations and dashboards.
- Eagerness to gain a comprehensive and hands-on understanding of Human Resources.
- Desire and drive to develop as a Human Resources professional.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to determine solutions to challenges.
- Team first attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse a plus).
- Experience with a scheduling software (Prelude, ModernLoop, Goodtime, Guide, etc.) a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree. All majors and concentrations welcome.
- Previous administrative, HR-related, or recruiting support experience.
- Expected to work onsite in the office from Tuesday to Thursday with the flexibility to work from the office or remotely Monday and Friday.
- Salary Range: $80k - $85k, plus a discretionary bonus.
- The discretionary bonus will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and firm performance.
