We're seeking a Recon Sales Follow-Up Specialist to join our growing restoration company. This role is crucial in helping our current mitigation customers transition to the next phase of their restoration process- reconstruction services . The position is fully in-office (no driving around) and focuses on outbound calls to engage customers, explain the reconstruction process, and help them move forward with the service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reach out to current mitigation customers to discuss reconstruction services.
- Clearly explain the process, set expectations, and encourage customers to schedule the next phase of work.
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
