We’re seeking a Recon Sales Follow-Up Specialist to join our growing restoration company. This role is crucial in helping our current mitigation customers transition to the next phase of their restoration process—reconstruction services. The position is fully in-office (no driving around) and focuses on outbound calls to engage customers, explain the reconstruction process, and help them move forward with the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to current mitigation customers to discuss reconstruction services.
- Clearly explain the process, set expectations, and encourage customers to schedule the next phase of work.
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
