Chichester School District is looking for an Attendance Secretary to join our team!

We are looking for a candidate who will take pride in their work, providing an ORGANIZED, PRODUCTIVE working environment in our front office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years office experience, including one year as a secretary strongly preferred.
Our Secretary will assist the High School Administration with clerical, technical and administrative support in order to provide continuity and consistency among the High School and the School District, with a strong emphasis on technology.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Minimum of High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 3-5 years office experience required, including one year as a secretary strongly preferred
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and experience with confidential matters required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint. Excellence in proofing and spelling skills.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines.
Division: AFSCME Agreement, FT, 12 month
Location: Chichester High School
Reports to: Principal
Salary Level: According to AFSCME Agreement

- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151) - effective 12/31/14, submit electronically

- School Health Record - includes physical & tb test from within a year
- Act 24 (PDE Form 6004) - Arrest/Conviction Report
- PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release -A separate form must be completed for: Current employer; and All former employers that were school entities; and All former employers where you were in a position that involved direct contact with children.
