What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance and Facilities Coordinator position at Chick-fil-A | Alpine Avenue?
Part-time facilities and maintenance coordinator. Responsible to assist the business in a variety of facilities, maintenance, and "handyman" responsibilities assigned by the Operator.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain equipment according to Chick-fil-A's maintenance calendar
- Contact our vendors for warranty repairs
- Clean facility equipment (vent fans, floor drains, HVAC belts, etc.) in accordance with our cleaning schedule
- Complete regular "boil-outs" of fryers
- Occasional "on call" tasks for emergency repairs

Requirements:
- Must be 16 or older
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
- Positive attitude, coachable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- General knowledge of repair and maintenance including, but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Occasional Sunday availability
- Our Store Hours Are - Monday-Thursday 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM Friday & Saturday 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM (Drive thru till 10 PM)
