Requirements/Responsibilities
The Catering Sales Manager responsibilities: -Grow our Catering business -Ensure food safety and quality standards are in compliance -Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, inventory management, team management, and financial accountability. -Guest engagement through social media platforms The ideal candidate must have EXCELLENT collaboration and communication skills. -Bachelor's Degree and/or Associates Degree /Military leadership experience -2 years of catering and client acquisition experience -Exceptional organizational skills to help manage our operation -Servsafe food manager's certification -Proficient with current technology -Proven catering sales portfolio -Clean driving record -Strong written skills -Planner -Able to lift up to 50lbs -Self Motivated -Open availability
