Delivery - Team Member

Full Job Description

We have started a new service at Chick-fil-A Dixie where we will be delivering our food to our guest's home and offices. This has created a need for responsible Delivery Drivers to distribute our delicious food promptly to our customers while working a flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time shifts available. You will represent Chick-fil-A Dixie in a professional and courteous manner to increase our customer satisfaction. The rate of pay will largely be driven by the accuracy and timeliness of the deliveries. Drivers will earn tips through our Chick-fil-A App that will be paid out bi-weekly (cash tips may also be given). You will either drive your own vehicle or our vehicle depending on the sales demand and vehicle availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of food items to different addresses and through different routes
• Must have a smart phone to follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Deliver 100% Accuracy of Orders
• Provide Core 4 Customer Service
• Extend our Hospitality Beyond our 4 Walls
• Must pass a background check
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Skills

• Strong Desire to Serve Others
• 18 Years of Age with a Valid driver’s license
• Ability to be attentive and efficient while being accurate
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Safe driving record and a Safe Vehicle
• Punctual and Reliable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.050 per hour Tips (Avg. $17-21 /hour)

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
