Chick-fil-A Operations Internship (Spring)
Position Type : Paid internship for 1 semester; 20-30 hours per week with hours split in operations and with leaders in the business. Will work around classes and adjust hours for applicants who are actively in school.

Responsibilities :
- Work alongside the Operating Partner and all Directors to build and execute best-in-class Leadership processes
- Develop restaurant systems that set up a shift for sustained success
- Assist with the performance management process for all team members
- Participate in the development of team member recognition and incentive programs
- Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and the leadership team
- Complete a project based on business needs and your interests
