Peach Bowl, Inc. is seeking candidates to fill intern positions for the 2025-2026 college football season. The intern program period begins July 8, 2025 and concludes January 30, 2026. Each position pays a salary of $2,500.00 per month. Please note that housing is not provided by Peach Bowl, Inc. Only applicants who have graduated and completed their undergraduate degrees by May 2025 will be accepted.
This year’s seasonal assistants will help plan and execute the Aflac Kickoff Game featuring Syracuse vs. Tennessee and Virginia Tech vs. South Carolina on Labor Day weekend, in addition to playing a vital role in the planning and execution of the College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl on Jan. 9. Interns are assigned to a specific concentration area but are expected to provide support to all areas of the company’s business in a direct, supporting or administrative role.

- Please indicate if you will have any academic obligations (classes, projects, etc.) during the period of July 8, 2025 through Jan. 31, 2026.

All required documents must be received by 5 p.m. ET on March 2, 2025. Applicant submissions without all of the required documentation will not be considered for the program. Applicant submissions not received by the deadline will not be considered for the program.
Candidates should not contact the Peach Bowl, Inc. office for initial status updates. Candidate evaluation consists of a resume evaluation period, virtual interview period and a final in-person interview period (which could also be conducted remotely, depending on the location of the candidate). Final selection of candidates is targeted for the end of April. Please note that the final selection date could be extended as evaluations are conducted.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to commit to working a minimum of 40 hours per week at the Peach Bowl, Inc. office in Atlanta. Interns are expected to work from the Bowl office Monday through Friday. Work may be required after normal business hours, on holidays and weekends.
- Should possess an undergraduate degree. A postgraduate/master’s degree in an applicable field (Sport Management, Sport Administration, Marketing, Communications, MBA, etc.) is not required but highly preferred. Students currently enrolled in undergraduate classes will not be accepted.
- Must be able to handle pressure and take initiative.
- Must have high attention to detail, and the ability to organize and complete a diverse set of tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applicable computer programs.

Corporate Sales & Ticketing
PRIMARY POSITION ROLE: This position will be responsible for supporting ticket customer service, corporate sales, and ticket operations.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Customer Service and Ticket Sales/Operations
o Contact current and potential ticket buyers via phone and/or e-mail to purchase tickets for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and Aflac Kickoff Game.
o Respond promptly to all voicemails and e-mail communications from renewal/new ticket buyers and corporate sales clients/prospects
o Provide customer service support for ticket buyer questions over the phone, e-mail and text
o Enter credit card/check orders into Archtics for the Aflac Kickoff Games, Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and all ancillary events
o Update the Mobile Ticketing Guide with current language and images for the Aflac Kickoff Games and Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl
o Work with all internal and external entities to ensure Virtual Assistant information is up to date
II. Corporate Sales and Partnerships
o Maintain the Inventory Management System (IMS) for all corporate sales contracts
o Serve as the lead for all on-field promotions activities during the Aflac Kickoff Games and Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl
o Manage corporate sponsorship invoicing processes for the Aflac Kickoff Games and Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl
o Create and maintain sponsor contract book for the Aflac Kickoff Games and Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl
o Design and create presentations for potential corporate partnership clients and end-of-event partner recaps
III. Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Board of Advisors Program
o Send bi-weekly e-mails to members
o Collect RSVP’s for all meetings
o Handle all member ticket-related questions
o Maintain a real-time record of all Board of Advisor ticket sales
o Create travel itineraries for member campus trips during the college football season

PREFERENCES FOR AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1. Previous experience working with gameday promotions, sponsorship fulfilment, direct sales or ticket sales
2. Customer service experience via phone and email
3. Mobile Ticketing experience preferred
4. Organized and detail-oriented
5. Ability to work well individually and as a team member in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
6. Display a willingness to learn and complete tasks regardless of their nature
7. Working knowledge of college football and the College Football Playoff
