Marketing Director

40-42 hours per week

Chick-fil-A Princeton is seeking a guest focused Marketing Director. They will demonstrate ownership for the 'Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy', specifically by delivering 2nd Mile Service and activating 'Emotional Connections Marketing' in order to grow sales and build the brand. This Director ensures that the relationship between The Marketing Team and The 2nd Mile Service Team is healthy and strong. They create and execute the annual and 90-day marketing plan and system to market the Chick-fil-A brand both internally and externally ensuring Local Store Marketing, and Social Media Marketing occurs on a daily basis. They embody the values of Chick-fil-A and serve as an ambassador to the community. This Director must demonstrate creativity and marketing strengths with the strong ability to think strategically in planning and implementing marketing initiatives and promotions. They must have a growth mind set.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the department is always moving forward and working towards the store vision

• Create a long-term and innovative strategy around the marketing and catering and catering department

• Research and stay current with the resources offered by Chick-fil-A or used at other stores

• Ensure all events are prepped and excuted properly

• Establish and maintain community, school and other vendor relationships

• Regular meetings with our Operator & Executive Team

• Be able to develop a marketing plan

• Develop focused activities that leverage The National Campaign & Market Events.

• Tracks and gets approval for needed marketing materials

• Communicating & seeking input from Operator & Executive Team on Marketing Plan

• Ensure Real Food is being leveraged daily through Sampling

• Ensure Chick-fil-A Cow is leveraged daily

• Post Sales Results from each Week & Month

• Set an outside sales GOAL

• Constantly being an advocate for growing the Chick-fil-A Brand inside and outside the store leveraging The Brand Strategy

• Building and Maintaining relationships with schools, communities, and businesses

• Seeking opportunities to serve CFA @ Large Events

• Develop a Marketing Leadership Team

• Strives to have a positive influence on all who come in contact w/ Chick-fil-A

• Conducts SWOT analysis for restaurant growth & opportunities
