Qualifications

- Proven leadership skills with 4 years of management experience in food service.

Responsibilities
As a Director of Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, inspire, and create memorable moments for our guests and team members.
- Interview and onboard candidates to build a high-performing team.
- Lead both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Motivate and influence staff by leveraging their individual strengths.
- Maintain a highly visible presence in the restaurant, directly impacting the guest experience.
- Take ownership of creating a welcoming and memorable environment for guests.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
