LEADER OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS RESULTS
The Director is responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences by building a team and managing systems
This is a 40 hour/week hourly position. The roles and responsibilities listed below should be accomplished during scheduled shifts
This leadership role oversees all business are functions throughout the day.
Must participate in FTS (Field Talent Staff) opportunities and complete ServSafe Manager Certification.
Required: at least 2 years management in a restaurant setting
Preferred: at least 2 years experience within a Chick-fil-A

Creates And Executes An Area Development Plan For Business Area In Restaurant. A Systematic And Intentional Process For Developing Leadership Staff And Team Members Including
Ensures proper management and documentation of all business area systems.
Business Plan: Develops and implements a comprehensive business/community concepts plan to achieve long-term organizational health (Annually).
Onboarding: Selects and mobilizes new team members and leaders.
Area Orientation: Implements a process for new team members to meet the team, know their role, embrace the Food Safety Covenant, and navigate Pathway.
Jolt: Complete execution to Chick-fil-A standards and input/tracking of all necessary metrics and tasks including but not limited to cleaning checklists, shifts checklists, etc.
Manager Station: Ensures proper documentation and management of systems, including vendor check-in log, stuff borrowed, receipts, etc.
Cashier Accountability: Correctly executes proper cash counting systems (Discounts, receipts, cash over/short, etc.) per Chick-fil-A standards.
Back Office: Executes safe counts, smart safe, daily reports, INFORM, and other needed responsibilities per Chick-fil-A standards.
Food Safety Covenant: Strictly adheres to the Chick-fil-A Toledo food safety standards

Salary: $23-26.25 per hour

- Monthly 1-1’s with each supervisor
- Regular Supervisors meetings
- Trains all new hires and oversees the tacking of all leaders and team members training on Pathway.
