Summary :
Chick-fil-A Canton, GA is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with Social Media Responsibilities. This role will provide essential administrative support to our Community Engagement department while also playing a key role in managing our social media presence and partnerships with local non-profit organizations.
Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support :
- Provide general administrative support to the Community Engagement team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain organized records of non-profit partnerships, including contact information, agreements, database management and donation records.
- Assist with the planning and execution of community events and fundraising initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Social Media Management :
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Chick-fil-A's community engagement efforts and highlight partnerships with non-profits.
- Assist in creating engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and videos, that showcase our commitment to the community.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall social media strategy and content.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, internal brand resources and best practices.
- Non-Profit Support :
- Assist in researching non-profit partners and support of New Ground Foundation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations.
- Assist with the promotion of non-profit events and fundraising campaigns.
- Coordinate volunteer opportunities for Chick-fil-A team members.
