Position Type:
- Full-time or Part-time
- Flexible Schedule - Day shift and night shift, 3-8-hour shifts available, 3-5 days a week.
- Great for parents while kids are in school, retirees, people looking to start careers, and students after school or clubs/sports.
Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Create an environment where people feel served and cared for
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 16 years of age
- Consistency and reliability
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves helping others
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
- A Team-Player mindset
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 40-55 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions
