We are looking for a committed Community Care Specialist to join our team, with a focus on enhancing team member appreciation and building meaningful community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Member Engagement:
- Coordinate and manage team member birthday celebrations, tenure recognitions, orientations, life classes, sports days, team parties, and appreciation events.
- Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance team member morale and engagement.
Event Planning:
- Plan and execute customer-focused events that align with our brand values and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with local schools to support and promote relationships, encouraging youth leadership and development.
Community Outreach:
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, organizations, and community leaders to support various initiatives.
- Track and manage donations to ensure proper distribution and impact reporting.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of events, donations, and team member milestones.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on community care activities and outcomes.
