Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of our team members and leadership
- Work closely with the Operator to create and execute a store training curriculum
- Lead and oversee the Training and Development of Team Members and leadership in the Restaurant
- Facilitate timely and effective coaching, training, and continuous learning
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a lead training capacity or head of talent acquisition
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and skill development
- Proficient in using Word and leveraging technology for training purposes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
