This includes creating and executing onboarding curriculum, leading and overseeing the Training and development of Team Members and leadership in the Restaurant, and facilitating timely and effective coaching, training and continuous learning while maintaining operational responsibilities. You will work closely with the CEO and Sr. Operational leadership to ensure our training goals and needs are met.
