Section 2: Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of talented individuals
- Work in position in the restaurant 50-75% of the time
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with other leaders to achieve company goals
- Provide restaurant leadership during lunch and dinner
- Saturday availability
- Available to solve problems and issues as they arise
- Depending on interest and experience, opportunities may range from overseeing an area of the restaurant, such as the Back of House, or the Drive-Thru, or Human Resources, or leading the activities in the large portion of the restaurant.
Section 3: Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering delicious food and outstanding service
Section 4: Compensation
- Starting pay: $22 - $26 per hour
